Jodi Ortiz
Class of 2021
Joined SY 17-18
Jodi joined KVIKS TV when the call went out during the second semester of her freshmen year for new members. Jodi was the first person to respond to our ad and entered with expectations to become a better photographer. However, her passion and willingness to learn new things led to her becoming trained as an editor for the morning bulletin, then eventually working as a Technical Director. Jodi was elected President of KVIKS TV after incumbent President Briana Nobriga-Namihira graduated and left Hilo High School, but since the SY 20-21, Jodi stepped down to serve as the corresponding secretary.
