On February 29, 2024, PBS Hawaiʻi is brought together stakeholders from multiple viewpoints to discuss Artificial Intelligence: Embrace It or Fear It?
The program was broadcasted and streamed live from the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Multimedia Studio at PBS Hawaiʻi, 315 Sand Island Access Road in Honolulu from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm and was moderated by veteran journalist Yunji de Nies.
Hilo High School Junior, Clara Steele, was invited to join the panel of perspectives. KVIKS Media is so proud to have seen Clara’s voice shared on such a prestigious level. Clara and her teammates placed 2nd Place in the 2023 PBS Hawaii Hiki Nō Winter Challenge by answering the prompt with a story about Chat GPT, a well-known artificial intelligence website.
