2026–2027 Officers

Club Structure & High-Need Departments Activities are organized by skill-based departments:

TechOps (TO): Broadcasting, Audio/Video, Tech, Photo Booth (Highest Need)
Marketing (MK): Bulletin, Website, Social Media, Newsletters (Second Need)
Studios (ST): Photography, Videography, Creative Media (Third Need)
Creative (CR): Digital Art/Design, Banner Printing, Makerspace (Fourth Need)

How We Communicate

WhatsApp: Primary platform using the KVIKS Media Community with department-based chats.
MMS Group Messaging: A text group will be created for members who are unable to get WhatsApp.
Gmail: For newsletters and reminders.
Advisors: Each member will be assigned an advisor group as their main contact once membership is confirmed.

KVIKS Portal (portal.kviks.org)

Obtain sign-in credentials from Mr. Luke.
Use the portal for applications, signing up for events, and tracking hours and skills.
Note: POINT App and Basecamp are no longer in active use as systems transition to the Portal.

Dues & Fundraiser

Club Dues: Bring $30 to Maiyah Naboa ($10 for dues + $20 for insurance).
Kaukau Card Fundraiser: Each member is asked to sell at least 10 cards, which offer restaurant food discount vouchers (including McDonald’s).

Check your schedule and determine which days of the week you can commit to coming in.
Let advisors know which roles and events you want to participate in.
Be ready to connect with your advisor lead.
Avoid being a “ghost member”—make an effort to participate so the workload stays shared across the team!
