On July 2nd, 2024, the Board of Directors of the KVIKS Media Foundation convened for an emergency meeting called 24 hours prior to address matters regarding the need to establish signatories at our financial institution. The meeting was called and facilitated by Board President Reynard Galdones.
Per bylaws, the Board was given 24 hour notice, as well as those who signed up to receive public notifications of meetings via our online form. This online post serves as a release of our findings at this emergency meeting, as required by our bylaws.
